Payment & security

You can pay in two ways: by card online when you book, or on the spot before departure.

1. Online by card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Elcard is coming soon.

Online payments are currently processed by GG Services Limited (Hong Kong), as payment agent of Ala-Too Digital LLC, via the Stripe payment platform. The money is received as payment for your booking with Ala-Too Digital LLC.

On your card statement the charge appears as ARASHANTRANSFER.

Currency: you are charged in Kyrgyz som (KGS), exactly the price shown when you book. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate and may add a conversion fee.

2. On the spot

Choose “Book via WhatsApp” and pay by card or cash (som) to the agent's representative or the driver before departure at Giraffe Coffee, Zhusaeva St, central Karakol. Your booking is confirmed by our WhatsApp message.

3. Security

Card details are entered on the payment processor's secure page and handled under the PCI DSS standard. We never see or store your card number or CVC. If your bank asks for confirmation (3-D Secure), that's normal.

4. Prices

Round-trip seat , one-way seat , private UAZ-469 , UAZ-452 . Prices are in som; USD amounts on the site are for information only.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to the same card. Rules and timing: Cancellation & refunds.
