Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed when the payment completes and you receive a confirmation email. Until that email arrives, the seat is held for you for 15 minutes only.

Departure guarantee

We run the vehicle with two paid seats. If a departure has fewer than two by 18:00 the evening before, you choose: move to any other date, upgrade to the whole vehicle for what you already paid, or a full refund within 24 hours.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before departure: full refund.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, or a free move to any other date.
• Less than 24 hours, or not arriving at the pickup: no refund. At that point the vehicle is committed and the driver has been paid.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel for any reason — weather, the river, a vehicle, or too few passengers — you get a full refund or another date, your choice, and we tell you the evening before rather than the morning of.

What you are responsible for

Being at the pickup point at the agreed time, your own travel insurance, and your own judgement about a high-altitude valley with no medical facilities and no phone signal. The hot springs are natural and unsupervised.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. If your card is issued in Kyrgyzstan, Stripe will show you the amount in som at the current rate. Refunds return to the same card and take 5–10 working days.
