The daily seat runs on a fixed timetable: 08:00 up, 16:00 down. That suits most people. A private UAZ is for when it does not: you arrive in Karakol in the afternoon, you travel with kids who need a slower day, or you are a group who would rather not share.

Both are proper 4x4s built for this kind of track: 16 km of riverbed with fords, 2 to 2.5 hours each way. Each car is driven by its owner, a licensed local carrier. Arashan Transfer is the booking agent.
Why book the whole car
- Any time, including today. Seats for today close at 07:45. A private car can be booked at any time, also for the same day, as long as a carrier is free.
- Your schedule. You pick the start time and how long you stay in the valley. We agree the plan with the carrier when you book.

Not included
- National park fee: about 300 som per person, cash at the barrier

- Food. Guesthouses in the valley serve simple meals for cash.
There is no mobile signal and no ATM in the valley. Bring cash in som.
How to book
- Pick the car and the date in the booking form, or message us in WhatsApp if it is for today.
- Tell us your start time, the number of people and how long you want in the valley.
- We confirm with a carrier and send you the driver's name and phone.
Payment: by card online, or by card or cash at the meeting point. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure.

How much is a private jeep to Altyn Arashan?
25,000 som for a UAZ-469 (up to 4 people) or 31,000 som for a UAZ-452 (up to 8 people). The price is per car, not per person. Park fees, the bathhouse and food are extra.
Can I book a private car for today?
Yes. A private car can be booked at any time, including for the same day. Message us in WhatsApp and we confirm with a carrier.
Can we choose our own departure time?
Yes. Tell us when you want to leave and how long you want in the valley, and we agree it with the carrier when you book.
Is a private car cheaper than seats for a group?
For 7 or 8 people the UAZ-452 costs less per person than return seats. For 4 or fewer, shared seats are cheaper; you pay for the private car when you want your own time and your own car.
Can kids travel in the private car?
Yes. Families are one of the main reasons people book a whole car. Count every child as a passenger for capacity.
