Cancellation & refunds

In short: cancel 24 hours or more ahead and you get everything back. If we cancel, you get everything back or a new date — your choice.

How to cancel or change
Message us on WhatsApp +996 777 889 992 or at hello@arashantransfer.com with your booking number and name. The time of cancellation is when we receive your message (Kyrgyzstan time, UTC+6). We will confirm by reply.
If we cancel
We try to let you know the evening before. Sometimes the decision is made in the morning, depending on weather or the river. The driver's decision on safety is final. You choose: full refund or another date.
A departure runs from 2 paid seats. If you are the only passenger, we will offer another date, a private vehicle for an extra charge, or a full refund.
Date change
If it is less than 24 hours to departure or you missed it, you can move your trip once for free to another date with available seats. Further changes by agreement.
Refund timing
We initiate the refund within 1 business day after confirming the cancellation. Money goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. The refund is made in Kyrgyz som (KGS), the same amount you were charged. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it again, so the amount in your currency may differ slightly; that is outside our control.
Not part of the price
The national park fee and bath house are paid by you on the spot, so they are not refunded through us.
