WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. For bookings you do not need to write at all: pick a date and book online. Write when you have a question, a group or a special plan.

Write to us in English or Russian. Good reasons to message:
- you want a private UAZ for today or at your own time;
- you are trekking to Ala-Kul and need a pick-up on the Karakol Gorge side;
- you are a group, travel with small kids or have a lot of luggage;
- you want to change or cancel a booking.
For a normal seat, just book online. It takes a minute and you get a confirmation straight away.

Best for invoices, company bookings and anything that needs documents. Email is slower than WhatsApp.
When we reply
We answer during the day, Karakol time. Messages sent late at night are answered in the morning. If you are booking a seat for today, remember the cut-off: 07:45 Karakol time. Do not wait for a reply to book; use the booking form.
On the day of your trip, the fastest contact is your driver. Their name and phone are in your booking confirmation.
Meeting point
Giraffe Coffee, Zhusaeva Street, central Karakol
- Meet at 07:50. The car leaves at 08:00.
- It is a 5 to 10 minute walk from most Karakol hostels.
- There is no hotel pick-up.
- If you are late, we wait 15 minutes.
Daily times and the next departures are on the schedule. The road status is on the road today.
Who we are
Arashan Transfer is a service of Ala-Too Digital LLC (TIN 02509202610160), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. We are the booking agent: we take bookings and payments, handle refunds and answer your questions. The ride itself is run by licensed local carriers driving their own UAZ 4x4s.

What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. We reply in English or Russian. Email works too, but it is slower.
Where is the meeting point?
Giraffe Coffee, Zhusaeva Street, central Karakol. Meet at 07:50; the car leaves at 08:00.
Do I need to message you to book?
No. Seats and private cars can be booked online with the booking form. Message us for same-day private cars, Ala-Kul pick-ups on the Karakol Gorge side, or anything unusual.
Can I contact the driver?
Yes. Your booking confirmation includes your driver's name and phone number.
